[TechnologyManagers] Self Checkout software

Frankfort has machines and software from CEN-TEC. It interfaces with SWAN but is not a Millenium "partner." We have had very few issues with it although, Millenium's cost of adding a module to collect fines at the checkout, have prevented us from implementing a coin/card reader to allow patrons to pay fines at the self checkouts.
