[Youthnet] headphones

Our Computer Services Department (who supply our headphones) have asked 
if you all could share your headphone policies.
Do you provide headphones to patrons using computers in youth services?
If you do-who is the supplier you use?, have you found a brand that seems to last better?, and how often do you need to replace them?
