[Youthnet] Reference Training

Hi All,

 

Does anyone have any material in writing on training staff on reference
and reader's advisory in YS?  I'm looking for practice queries that can
be used to train staff on using the library resources as well as any
written procedures on training staff in reference and Reader's Advisory.
